Equality for All has trained youth workers to be able to transmit the knowledge acquired to their sending organizations to try to change what is always said: “We are all equal”, but that is not true, with the knowledge and tools that will be given in this training course is intended to be a little more truth every time, you want to give tools to empower the rights of all people at the same level, for example in some countries women do not have the same “power” political, right to make decisions or right to certain jobs, this is not gender equality, equality is that the same as have some, have all and all.
The general objective of this project is to train and train active experts in support of the implementation of gender projects in youth work. Likewise, and as specific objectives, it was planned to increase awareness of gender and break its related stereotypes, learn about the relationship between gender and religion and share useful pedagogical tools for future activities related to gender.

The activities of the project were formed by dynamics, talks, creation of video presentations, role plays and reflections, all of them within the methodologies of non-formal education.
The framework of our training course was based on the non-formal methodology that is portrayed within well-structured topics. Although all the training had the theme “Gender” as a general theme, each specific sub-theme related to gender was touched on a daily basis. Each day was structured in interactive sessions aimed at the goal; except the fourth day dedicated to a practical learning of life. Days, sub-themes and sessions are only the means through which the concepts and experience could be introduced / shared so that the general objectives of the TC were fulfilled.
Participants better understood gender issues in the context of Erasmus + and were equipped with pedagogical tools to support the realization of future projects related to gender in their countries of origin. They acquired knowledge and tools to carry out activities in their sending organizations and try to change the reality that surrounds them.
At the same time that you have directly met the needs of the beneficiaries “the participants”, the women of the region and all their incorporation in the gender perspective that is still present. In reality, these participants had the opportunity to get closer to the cultures of others and practice the mutual dialogue that are nuclei for a constructive change towar
